Job Description
Looking for a full-time, on-site mold technician job in West Flanders? This two-shift opportunity in plastics manufacturing is offered through WWT. The employer makes plastic accessories for the pet industry.
In the role, you’ll keep molds ready for production and help resolve issues as they arise:
Mount molds to specifications and carry out maintenance and overhauls.
Manually or mechanically mount, update, and assemble pre-processed mold components.
Polish and sandblast molds as part of their upkeep.
Resolve malfunctions and repair molds during production.
Keep the team informed about mold availability.
This is a full-time position working in two shifts.

What do we offer you?

Here’s what you can look forward to in this opportunity:
Start at €19 gross per hour, approximately €2,350 net per month; a higher rate may be possible depending on your experience and skills.
A shift bonus of up to 12% can add approximately €270 net per month, depending on the work schedule.
Meal vouchers may be available worth up to €8 per day worked, or approximately €160 per month.
Daily travel compensation depends on distance and mode of transport, and up to €125 toward travel costs to Belgium can be reimbursed after four weeks of work.
For a full year of work, the end-of-year bonus is approximately €1,900 net and holiday allowance approximately €3,500 net; amounts depend on the period worked.
Accommodation is available for €110 per week and includes a furnished private room, utilities, unlimited internet, and a washing machine. Transportation can also be arranged, with costs shared in advance.
