Looking for a full-time production role in Wetteren? Join a three-shift team making cardboard packaging, including packaging for food products.

Your role on the production floor
- Take responsibility during your shift for an automated folding-gluing machine and its infeed and outfeed systems.
- Set up the machine for each production run using the relevant instructions and specifications.
- Adjust the settings as production progresses and carry out regular checks to support quality and efficiency.
- Help produce compliant products at a steady pace while keeping waste to a minimum.
- Clean your work area, perform preventive maintenance, and work with technical colleagues or a supervisor to resolve machine issues.
You’ll also work with fellow operators to support safety and improvement efforts.

- Basic arithmetic and computer skills, including data entry, are tools you’re comfortable using.

What do we offer you?

Here’s what you can look forward to in this offer.
- Start at €19 gross per hour, approximately €2,350 net per month. A higher rate may be possible depending on your experience and skills.
- The three-shift schedule offers a premium of up to 12%, or approximately €270 net extra per month; the exact amount depends on the schedule.
- Where offered for the position, meal vouchers are worth up to €8 per worked day.
- A daily travel allowance is available, with the amount based on distance and means of transport.
- For a full year of work, the end-of-year bonus is approximately €1,900 net, and holiday pay is approximately €3,500 net. Amounts depend on the period worked.
- After four weeks of work, you may receive up to €125 toward travel costs to Belgium.
- Accommodation is available for €110 per week, including a furnished private room, utilities, unlimited internet, and a washing machine.
- Transport can be arranged to suit your needs, with costs explained in advance.
