Job description
Explore a full-time Maintenance Technician opportunity in food production in West Flanders, working a two-shift schedule. You’ll join a food production business where reliable equipment supports smooth day-to-day operations.
In this role, you’ll help keep production equipment running safely and reliably:
- Carry out scheduled inspections, lubrication, adjustments, and component replacements.
- Spot and report developing technical issues so preventive action can be taken.
- Work with operations colleagues and fellow technicians to improve maintenance plans.
- Coordinate and follow up with external contractors to support effective work on site.
- Record completed maintenance accurately in Ultimo and help guide technical students and new colleagues.
You’ll follow safety, food safety, environmental, and workplace organization procedures throughout your work.

- A salary range of €19.70–€23.38, with the package based on your knowledge and experience.
