If you enjoy hands-on precision work and want to focus on CNC milling, you may feel at home in this role.
CNC milling is work you’re genuinely interested in and would like to make a central part of your day.
Fine, accurate work is where your attention to detail comes through. The welding involved calls for precision to within one tenth of a millimeter, so experience focused only on large metal structures may be less suited to this level of detail.
You can communicate smoothly with the team in Dutch or French. English may also be considered for an exceptionally strong candidate, provided day-to-day communication works well.
Here’s what can support you in your next step:
A permanent position offers the prospect of long-term employment.
With a 40-hour workweek, you receive 12 additional days off (ADV).

Meal vouchers of up to €8 per day worked—approximately €160 per month—may be available depending on the company and role.
A daily commuting allowance may be provided depending on your travel distance and mode of transport.
A year-end bonus may be approximately €1,900 net for a full year worked. The amount depends on the period worked.
Holiday pay may be approximately €3,500 net for a full year worked. The amount depends on the period worked.
Accommodation is available for €110 per week, including a furnished private room, water, gas, electricity, unlimited internet, and a washing machine.
Up to €125 toward your journey to Belgium is reimbursed after four weeks of work. Transport options, such as a bicycle or other transport, can be arranged if needed; costs are communicated in advance.
