Job description
Explore a permanent CNC lathe operator opportunity in West Flanders, in a metal machining environment. You’ll work on individual pieces and small production runs, where precision and skilled workmanship matter.

Your role
- Set up and program CNC lathes independently.
- Use technical drawings to guide each job.
- Change and set tooling, select parameters, and reconfigure machines for new assignments.
- Measure finished parts and carry out quality checks.
- Contribute to the production of individual pieces and small series.

What do we expect from you?
Requirements
- Your experience as a CNC lathe operator or CNC lathe setter gives you a practical foundation for this role.
- Working independently and reading technical drawings are strengths you can rely on at the machine.
- Measuring parts with tools such as calipers and micrometers feels familiar, and you take care to check your work.
- Fanuc knowledge is a welcome plus, and you are open to working a two-shift schedule.
- You can communicate at a basic level in Dutch, French, or English.

- The two-shift schedule runs from 5 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m., leaving time outside work for personal commitments.
