Requirements

3–5 years of experience in a CNC press brake operator role.
Confidence setting up and operating a bending machine, and shaping sheet metal components to meet specifications.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
Ability to work independently and accurately, taking ownership of quality checks.
Willingness to work a two-shift schedule and communicate in English at a B2 level.
Education
- Technical Secondary Education (TSO)
Experience
Driving licence
- No driving license required
Languages
- Engels: Professional working proficiency
What do we offer you?
Offer
Here’s what you can expect from the offer:
Starting pay: €19 gross per hour, with higher pay possible depending on your experience and skills; approximately €2,250 net per month is estimated.
Shift premium: up to 12% extra, estimated at up to approximately €270 net per month; the exact amount depends on the working schedule.
Meal vouchers may be available for up to €8 per worked day, depending on company arrangements.
Daily travel allowance depends on your distance and means of transport. After four weeks of work, you may also receive up to €125 toward travel costs to Belgium.
For a full year of work, the estimated end-of-year bonus is approximately €1,900 net and holiday allowance approximately €3,500 net; both depend on the period worked.
Accommodation: €110 per week for a furnished private room, with water, gas, electricity, and unlimited internet included. Transportation can be arranged, with costs communicated in advance.
Fully legal employment in Belgium, with support available for your arrival and practical arrangements.
